How We Verify

Every entry has a source and a verification date.

Official public source

Whenever possible, information comes directly from the official website, price list or published policy of the organisation providing the benefit. The source is linked from the benefit detail page.

Confirmed directly by email

When information is not publicly available or the conditions are unclear, the organisation may be contacted directly. These entries are labelled “Confirmed by email”.

Personally verified on site

When a benefit exists in practice but is not publicly documented, it may be listed after direct on-site verification. The label “Personally verified on site”, the visit date and the absence of a public source are shown clearly.

Last checked

Each benefit displays the date on which the relevant information was last reviewed. When a venue has several benefits checked on different dates, the oldest date is shown so that older information is not hidden.

Due for review

This does not automatically mean the information is wrong. It means the entry is approaching the point at which it should be reviewed again.

Conditions can change

Prices, eligibility conditions, opening hours and provider policies may change without notice. Check with the provider before using a benefit, especially when the review date is older.

Accessibility and benefits are not the same thing

A free or discounted ticket does not necessarily mean that the entire venue is accessible. Check accessibility separately for the route and facilities you need.

Found an error?

Every benefit detail page includes a way to report an error. Corrections help keep the database accurate.
